Arnold
Owner & Licensed Master Esthetician
Makeea Arnold is a Master Esthetician and owner of Skin ETC Spa. Makeea has always had a love for beauty, but her journey in the beauty industry began, officially, when she moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2015. She became an Esthetician in 2016, and a Cosmetologist in 2017, and the rest has been an amazing journey. From building her business and brand in a salon to investing in her education, Makeea built Skin ETC on sound principles and quality care for her clients.
Makeea focuses on customized and advanced treatments, offering services such as Collagen Induction Therapy, Hydrodermabrasion, and Chemical Peels. Makeea is a three-time certified Lash Artist and custom lash extension services. Along with skincare services, Makeea is also a professionally trained makeup artist.

Kirstin Thompson
Licensed Esthetician
Kirstin Thompson received her esthetics license from FSCJ in 2017. She has always been passionate about the beauty industry. She went to a technology high school where she enrolled in their cosmetology program to jump-start her career. She has been highly trained and worked with the number one eyebrow company Anastasia Beverly Hills becoming a brow expert, and perfecting her craft within the luxury department store, Nordstrom for 3 years. Her experiences also include hosting informative makeup and brow classes and being the head makeup artist for special events, and weddings.
In addition to makeup application and brow shaping, Kirstin also specializes in brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lifting, and continuing to further her education. She is very passionate and truly believes it’s important to listen to her clients, but also gives her professional and expert advice.

Hepburn
Licensed Full Specialist
Tia Hepburn joins us as a skilled esthetician with two years of experience under her belt. A graduate of the prestigious Parisian Spa Institute in Jacksonville, FL, Tia specializes in providing efficient and comfortable waxing services, including hard and sugar wax treatments for Brazilian, body, and full-body waxes.
She also offers personalized facial treatments tailored to the unique needs of each client. With certifications in Intimate Bleaching and as a certified Lash Artist, Tia extends a warm welcome to all clients and is eager to meet your service requirements.

Washington
Licensed Esthetician
Lyric’s journey began at a young age, where her talent for beauty was evident through makeup gigs at events like middle school talent shows, proms, and school plays. She further honed her skills and obtained a full specialist license from the Aveda Institute of Jacksonville in March 2021.
With certifications as a 2x certified lash artist and professionally trained makeup artist, Lyric excels in customizing every look to enhance the natural beauty of each client. Her experience includes working with a diverse range of features and shades, including celebrity clientele such as Deiondra Sanders (Deon Sanders’s daughter). Lyric is committed to providing clients with exceptional service and an unforgettable experience.
