Our Policies

Here at Skin ETC Spa, we protect our employees and business, and we have updated our cancellation policy. These changes are effective immediately and at the discretion of the staff of Skin ETC Spa. Before booking an appointment please review the policies below:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all services.
A 24-hour notice is required when rescheduling appointments to reserve a deposit.

Appointments can be rescheduled for up to 14-days from the original appointment date.

Appointments that are canceled less than 24-hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the appointment price.
Unexpected cancellations within 1-hour of the scheduled time and no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment price due to the inability to fill the reserved spot.
Debit/Credit Card is required to be on file at the time of booking.
